buyer not happy

I sold an item on the 14/7/2020 buyer received on  16/7/2020   15/9/2020 buyer claims that the item did not work as described . Two months later she decides it does not  work. Buyer had blocked me on facebook after purchase and then un blocked to ask a  question  . I had resolved issue and buyer seemed happy as item was working  as it was described. What way will the claim go?
