buyer filed a case and wants a refund

hello guys I have a situation and I really need some help I have buyer who ordered photocards, I told them beforehand that the photocards I am selling are all preordered because it will be from Korea, Japan or China. They bought many photocards and the total amount is 380 usd. I secured them all and its already in transit to my address. Once I got it, I will ship it immediately. On April 20,they filed a case wanting to refund all of their payments. I cant send proof of transactions because I haven't ship their photocards yet because it is still in transit. I'm broke and my family has problems too. No one can help me here. I only have 5 days left to refund them. what am I gonna do? Please help me 😭
