Bought an item from a vendor that if i upgraded the item they would then give me two more free. Received one item but no free ones. Invoice shows buy one get two free and words upgrade. Nothing saying what upgrade was for. Opened dispute. Paypal says not their problem because I received one item and they cant refund for free items or compel vendor to send additional items.Help
