Someone is buying stuff on ebay using my debit card. no record of these transactions on my ebay account. I live in the in England. How do I contact ebay UK? Is there a simple way to do this? thank you

Sorry but Ebay is a totally separate company to Paypal so why don't you ask them?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
