blocked after confermation

  • I have linked my bank to my pay pay already , becouse i had to renew my cibc account in may.
  • i had a friend from vegas send me money to help me out with personal things.
  • my account is confirmed all my info is correct 
  • the help person , took my progress and set me back ( ifeel its on purpopse)
  • its my sons 18th today i want to buy presants
  • why is my account blocked 
  • unblock me 
  • im NOT HAPPY I PROMISED MY SON

Apologies for the delayed response. It sounds like your account has been limited. Account limitations are placed in situations where we see unusual or suspicious activity, or when we need to collect information necessary for keeping your account open. When we place a limitation, an email is sent to explain the reason for the limitation and what needs to be done to resolve the problem. In most cases, you can find options to resolve the limitation in the Resolution Center. If you've already checked the Resolution Center and still need help, you can reach out to our support team by phone or email.
