Hi money has been taken from my account twice for the one transaction I just need to call someone but am having no luck what so ever with my question being answered

If there is a duplicate transaction in your PayPal account activity, click on the first one of them, click report a problem, then click I have a billing issue and follow the on-screen prompts.

Try contacting the seller and ask for a refund of one transaction. Are the transactions marked as pending?

I can only see one transaction on pay Pal but on my bank statement they've taken it twice

Would help if you said they were pending first.

If the seller processes one order then they should claim one payment and if they don't claim the second one it will time out 30 days post payment.
