bills. showing up in my account from Romanian emails .ru

I'm getting small bills for $5.99 & $10.00 showing up in my account which are fraudulent but all PayPal can say is "ooohh errr ohhh er sorry"

anyone have a solution for these (removed)? 

This is surely an easy fraud to stop if PP invested a small amount of money into Cyber-Security.

Yet again from an American company putting profit before a customer.

I am sorry to hear that this happened! If you haven't already, please report the transactions as unauthorised and this is how. Also, make sure that you did not initiate any pre-approved payments. Here is how to check.
