This has been going for a while, people have been using my paypal account on ebay I have noticed that they are selling items and other stuff, this has gotten to a point to where they even take my own money from my bank and using it to buy gift cards on amazon I have gotten a refund from that but the point is that my paypal is now on negative £290 I have emailed paypal but got a response from a bot I barley check my emails but I have checked recently and now I can be getting bailiffs coming my house and I am not paying £290 on something I never paid for is there any way to resolve this. I have also got proof of suspicious logins and proof of money being spent.
