How can I ban someone from ever using my PP account? thanks
Changing your password would seem the be the easiest solution. I assume you gave this person access to your account with the account name and password. You can change either one of those parameters and that would block them from having access.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
