Is there anything at all I can do to get a refund from a bait and switch from china? Paypal says I have to mail item back, which is more costly than transaction. Does Paypal EVER stop this kind of scam from taking place, or punish these sellers?
I am having the same issue now. My biggest concern was that an address was provided to send the items back to, however it is not in English and I need it in English. How can Paypal ask me to send something back and the address is not in English? Now i hear it is extremely costly, when i thought this was an American company and i already sent the item back to California just for it to be returned.
