i opened a case as a company didn't want to refund , now they will refund when goods are returned, but its gonna cost me upwards of £45 when the item only cost £21, i want to tell paypal this but i cant find anywhere to add information, it just says post now. help!

My case was very similar. While PayPal was investigating, I kept hearing from the seller But could find no way to provide PayPal with more detail. Then my case was denied without PayPal ever asking me for more detail. And, of course, there is no good way to contact the or appeal.Sorry I can’t help. Just adding my voice to the complaint/concern.
