Trying to get PayPal to accept an additional user on our Historical Society's PayPal account. Paypal asks for proof of address and when we send utility bills with here address on, they send back an email saying the address is incomplete. The address shown on the bills is her entire address! It is of course impossible to enter into any email discussion of this - how about some support PayPal?
