Good day guys! Im really having a problem with my accouny I'm new to paypal.. I was able tp receive payment previously, and transfer my fund.. but now i cannot do so, i was asked by some id and bank account. I dont have a bank account, i transfer my fund im cantreally worried i cannot get my funds please help me.

Thanks for your post, and welcome to the Community! I'm sorry to hear you haven't been able to transfer your funds recently. From what you've mentioned, it sounds as though we may be asking you to upload some information to resolve an issue on the account.
