account stolen

Hi, recently i checked back on my account that i made a long time ago, it seems like my account has been stolen, my bank account is still linked and preferably i'd like to unlink it and link it to my other account but seems like thats impossible. I've tried to do the steps in the resolution centre but i never got an email with the extra information, it would be nice if you could help me with this problem and i also had a question, when i do provide you with all the information can i than delete this account and link my bank to my new one ?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
