hey guys, so my account got restricted last week and PayPal asked for documents to confirm my address, I have submitted the documents in the same day but they didn't review them nor give any updates, I tried to email them with my documents attached and I didn't get a reply too!!
I really don't know what to do, phones are down and I don't know any other way to reach them, I just want them to review the documents if they are not valid I can submit other documents.
I don't know why my account got restricted in the first place, the only thing that could come up in mind is that I received a fairly large amount of money from Fiverr.
can someone please help
