Hi i confirm my card and everything and still my account is restricted telling me to wait until paypal sends an email. They sent an automated email confirming everything is ok and restrictions are lifted but i still have restrictions and cannot make payments. do you know what happens? i send a message to chat and waiting for a reply i hope soon.
