I've recently received an apparently legit email regarding "restoring" my account, an account I seldom use and which I've had no trouble with. I was not informed of any "limits' on my account so I don't understand. Can anyone help clarify? thanks
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
