In the Transaction page it shows "There is an open dispute associated with this transaction - visit the resolution centre to view status", when I goto the resolution centre it shows" Case Closed" and no other options. I contacted customer service and they advised to close the dispute, but I can't because the case is closed and the recipient can't receive her money. Would appreciate any help.
