hello i got surprised this morning when i found that my account was permanently banned and my funds are on hold for six months or so, i tried looking up for a reason but i dont see anything all i did was withdraw my funds i had on fiverr and on a betting website to my paypal. i am also looking for a phone number or an email adress that i can contact to get in touch with someone who could help me or at least explain the situation Please help
Your best bet is to wait until the phones are back up and running and then phone customer services so that you can speak to an agent. Then they can help advise on how you can withdraw the funds if and when you are allowed to do so.
