account limited

it says i can no longer use my account. why is it that i have no issue / problem to resolve? can you please help me with my account, i am very much struggling on this because i need this app for my small business. this problem of mine really needs to be resolved. please please help me... then just this morning paypal sent an email that i am now an established seller but still my acount is on hold

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

facebook customer service says they cant help if the problem is about account limitation. i will try contacting cstumer servce on paypal app
