My account has been limited due to unathourized activity on the account. The credit card tied to Paypal was compromised and I had to cancel the credit card. That card is no longer in service or accessible. So now Paypal is asking that I "confirm" the credit card by accepting a charge of $1.95 on the card, and then typing in the number on the charger on the credit card statement...I can not access that, because the credit card is no longer active and there is NO statement for this card that has been cancelled. Paypal only has this automated "help" center (which has been NO help). Anyone know how I can fix this problem without just cancelling my entire Paypal account?
