hi, in middle of verifying my account,Sorry. uploaded passport etc etc all fine but when it goes to confirming personal details for the past 3 days i get this message 

We're currently experiencing technical difficulties and are unable to complete the process at this time." 

so cannot finish the process and therefore still limited

can anyone help please or will i have to phone them up

I am sorry to hear that you are continuing to see that message. It sounds like the site is not allowing you to continue with the process at this time. I would suggest clearing your cache and cookies and attempt it again. If that still doesn't work, please try a different browser or device. If it still is not allowing you to complete the steps, please give our customer service a call. You can locate the number by going to www.paypal.com/contactus.
