account limited - need help

My account is limited, I sent in proof of ID. This was 2 weeks ago and they are still "reviewing" it. 

 

The chat on this website is always closed, messaging on facebook does not work, and I just sat on hold on the phone for 20 minutes to be instantly hung up on without speaking to a human. 

 

HOW DO YOU GET IN CONTACT WITH THIS COMPANY TO SOLVE ANY PROBLEMS?!

Wait till they have finished their 'review' is best.

They have others to do and it may not be your turn in the queue yet.
