account limited but no info supplied as to how to remove limit
My account has been limited for years and I just gave up trying to even know what they wanted me to supply as info. paypal keeps referring to check my primary email for the info yet I have received nothing from them. No where on the site does it list what they want, just supply documents, but they don't say what documents. know where can I find the info, does anyone even know or understand this.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
