so i recently had to get a new card because i was having weird payments come out of my bank account. the day i got the new card i come home to purchase something off steam with my paypal to realize my account is limited. mind you i have $200 in there. so i checked on how to unlimit my accouht, they asked for a statement, proof it was me, and me to change my password. so i did everything but submitted a statement from my new card. is there anything i can do to be able to get my paypal unlocked? i have been a member for almost 3 years now and this has never happened to me...
