My account has been limited for a long time almost 8 months now, it finally gives me that option to send money by mail or transfer to bank account. it wont let me add a bank or card in wallet because of the limitations and the cards linked to my paypal i no longer have access too. so my question is if i press transfer to bank will it let me add an account, ive never had a bank account linked to my paypal account, or would it get sent to the cards already linked? has anyone ever been through this?? help
