account limitations

Hey All,

 

I am having an issue resolving/confirming a debit card I linked to my account because the card was lost/stolen. Because of this issue I cannot remove the card from my account and I am also unable to confirm the card information because it is no longer in my possession. How can I resolve this issue to regain access to my paypal account again. I've tried several time to try and speak with a representative directly, but I haven't been able to get a live person.

Contact options for Paypal at the moment are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
