account limitations

i sold a custom desktop PC i built about a year ago the buyer has received the item and is happy with and enjoying it about 2 weeks ago papal has limited my account because i guess my account hasn't received that amount of money before I've talked to 3 agent over the texting thing they sent it to the limitation guy and i haven't received this email i;m supposed to get from him/her and its really making me mad i need my money to pay bills my landlord down my throat and i get get anybody to talk to me at all what do i do why is my money being held captive???

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
