account limitations

I asked a friend to send me money, then immediately the money came in PayPal limited my account. Can he reverse the transaction and get his money back? I have never used PayPal and will never use it! I need him to get his money back so he can sent it through other ways.

Depends what option he selected to send the funds ie goods/services or family/friends.

Depends if its completed on his account or pending.

Depends on the funding source he used.
