account limitations

Hi, I have sent out 5 times my documents confirming my address (bank statement, driving license, European insurance card, life insurance policy, electricity bill, credit card statement, gas bill) and I have been waiting for two weeks to unlock my account. The customer service is very bad, no one answers email and questions, you can not connect by phone. Customers are deprived of the possibility to dispose of their own money and even funds are retained, it is not known for what reason. I wonder if this is a company policy or just the fault of bad employees because they do not have supervisors ???
