I have an account limitation due to some unauthorized charges on a PP-linked credit card. The credit card has been cancelled. PP wants me to remove the account limitation by either letting it put a charge on my card, or by sending PP a card statement. I can't do either of these since the card is cancelled. How do I get the limitation removed?
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
