i have been trying to lift the limitations on my charity account for over a month now, every time they verify one thing there is something else, this last 2 have taken so long. one was meant to be resolved in2-4 working days, it still hasnt and the other was meant to be escalated to be resolved in 3-5 working days its now been 8 days and stll nothing...does anyone have a phone number i can call or any advice for me

Everything is taking longer at the moment including payment releases / disputes / refunds / withdrawals etc as Paypal is working with reduced staff and in difficult circumstances due to covid + holiday time hope you get it reviewed soon.
I would however allow a few weeks and then call for an update?
Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...
1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
