account limitations

Hello,

I have an issue pending since December.All of a sudden, without any explanations, my account access was limited. The money I had in my account are blocked and I can do nothing.

I send all documents, even a copy of my personal ID, but nothing hapened already for more than 2 months.

Please , can someone tell me what can I do and how to get back my money

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
