account limitations

i'm really upset from the support services , my account got limitations ,and no email from paypal to explain why for a week ? i called them and they say that they need to confirm my identity and i have to send my passport id , i sent it to them , no changes or even an email for 2 days , i called them again today and they said that they need my Driving License,and i sent that too . i got now solves or even email . i need to use my paypal immediately , but they not careing at all for my time

im from morocco and i have business account

Sadly only customer services can deal with this, no one on here can do anything.
