Hi, I was a new seller on e bay and I sold two items shipped next day no issues. items have been delivered buyers are happy. My paypal account has been limited. I cannot provide receipts for the items because they were not purchased. They were my father in laws baseball cards and he passed away a year ago. I have heard horror stories about this happening to people and paypal keeping the limitations on the account. So does that mean that the buyer gets the card and I get nothing. Paypal keeps my money? That seems very unfair. Do they eventually release funds or do they just hold them forever?
