account limitation

I have some funds in my PayPal wallet that I want to transfer to another account of mine, but due to some limitations, I cannot transfer. Can someone help me figure out this problem. Thank you all in advance!!! :))

I'm sorry to hear of the trouble. 

A limitation usually blocks the ability to send payments or withdraw the balance until the limitation is resolved. You can find details about the limitation and how to resolve a limitation in the Resolution Center.
