recently my PayPal account got limited due to some reasons. I got a Paypal mail that asking m to submit some documents. in that case, there is a step "Respond to the customer complaint".there is only one open customer complaint case in Paypal and I received a mail from Paypal 3rd June 2021 that the item is already delivered to the buyer and the balance is available in the account. I submit the screenshot of that mail-in resolution center "additional documents" step. but I still couldn't complete the "respond to customer complaint" step in the resolution center. only I can do are view the case, view the history, and learn more.
