account limitation

Hello my account is limited and  everytime i try to confirm my identity i keep getting this error , i already confirmed other things but this i keep getting this error can't even confirm it

Try again if you're having problems with the confirmation process.
the identity confirmation link is not working for me what should i do to confirm it and remove my limitation

please anyone help me.
