paypal in order to solve my temporal account limitations,asked me for a credit card,which i could not access since in kenya a credit card is considered as a loan.and for me to get the card,my account must have to be active atleast six months.But i had only operated my account for only two months and could not qualify for a credit card.But i had provided all other documents requested.By continued demand of a credit card,they disabled me totally and up to now my account is domant.
How can such demmand be solved?
