I recently send money to my friend "Kearsey" and put some notes on what he will do about the money I send. It says "1k sayo + 2.5k kay carlo" means "1k for you and 2.5k for carlo". The paypal send me an email that I need to send them information about carlo which is not the receiver, I send money to Kearsey. I tried to send email paypal on the situation I'm in. The money I send is pending, my account got limitation. I tried to call them but no one is available. I'm just confuse right now like carlo is not the one I send money, I just put him on the notes to Kearsey, why they want his date of birth. I'm so stress, please help me. Thank you!
