hey guys, my name is azriel, i created my paypal account when i was 15 cuz i won like online game tournament in order to take the prize, i created my paypal account, then my account got limitation cuz i still underage, now i already 17 and majority of people using paypal in my country Indonesia is 17, how can i remove my limitation so i can send my money to another account? thanks.
