account limitation

Hello,

I linked my sisters account on my paypal. so I can transfer my money to her bank account, My sister remove her card to her own paypal account. Then when I add the account to mine I suddenly received then while sending the money I got an error saying that my account has a temporary limitation.

Its against paypal rules for you to use another persons financial information on your personal paypal account.
