Hello, recently i got an account limitation for some reason, paypal wanted me to update my personal informations and provide pics and so on, it also wants me to use a bank account or a card and here is the problem, i dont own one. i made a paypal account 3 years ago mostly to get some money from friends and so on. am i allowed to use my brother's card in my account to remove the account limitation or no? tia
