Our account has been limited for over a month. Our non profit organisation is suffering . OUr kids are being put back in the street because we cannot access funds sent to them in good faith through paypal. We have sent every document requested, some twice, but they are still asking for more. The drop document facility does not work and says access denied I dont know why. The account has had four documents under review for weeks but they dont review then. I have spent hours on the phone to customer service reps but no one knows what to do and they always run me therough the process and act surpised when documents cant be submitted. They have given me two email to sent to but niether works. They say it is the back office that can help but we cannot have any contact with the back office and there is no one in charge.
HELP
URENT. HOw do I get the cash that belongs to our kds. We are a small non profit. THis is a nightmare.
