account limitation

Dear all, 

PayPal has been limiting my account for more than thee months now. I submitted all the requested documents they asked for long time ago. However, they didn't replay anything.  

what can I do 

please help

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
