account limitation why? I've sent documents already several months ago

I sent documents several months ago. PayPal said they will only take 3 business days to approve. Until now, several months have passed. Still my documents were still not checked. I haven't received any email for changes or request of new documents. Nothing. I am so worried because I have my money trapped in my pay pal account. It is not my fault. I have sent all the needed documents. Why does PayPal take so much time to approve? 4 months to approve seriously???
And now PayPal is so so so so so delay when helping clients. So frustrating.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
