account limitation - Change of name

I am at the end of my tether.  I have had an account limitation put on which means I cannot access anything as I got married 10 years ago, but Paypal has only just caught up with me (and 10 years ago everything would have had to be done with paper!) However every time I attach the images it wants to process the change, when I go back in everything seems to have come off!!  How many times am I supposed to attach it?

Also why does no one communicate with you at Paypal, I have never known such awful communication!

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
