Well, a few days ago i got a message from paypal, which said it blocked me from transfering money from paypal and all that. When i checked my notifications it said I just had to confirm my phone number, which I did. But today I tried to transfer money from my paypal to mastercard and it says I cannot transfer it. Basically says: "There’s an issue with your account" with big letters. However when i check my notification bell there is nothing there...
