account is limited

My account is limited. month ago asked me for verification i sent My ID via system. but nothing changed. there is no proper way to call them. it is getting very complicated. for me.  Zalanda

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

thanks. my account was temporarly limited they asked for ID when i sent that they limited it permanently is this funny or sad? they sent an email saying do appeal. i sent email to them asking to re open since i dont have any outstanding issue.

Hi zalanda09 and welcome, 

 

If your account was permanently limited after we received your information then this could mean that there was an issue with the details you have registered to your account. Maybe it was that you were under 18 when the account was created or you opened using an incorrect name. If you would like to appeal the decision and have already sent an email I would recommend to call us for an update. You can call us by clicking on the "Help & Contact" link at the bottom of any PayPal page.
