account in minus

my account is in a minus as a buyer on ebay has opened a case saying they havent received the item!
when will i receive my money back or not be in minus?
and will payments i receive in my paypal help me get out of minus? would i get that money  back?

If your buyer won the dispute for non receipt of item then you have to refund her.

Paypal have already taken the fund presumably so you need to transfer funds into that balance to clear the minus and pay off the 'debt'.

Any funds coming into your paypal balance will off set that debt.
